PROJECT TIMELINE

COMPLETING WINTER 2026

Follow the construction journey of Turquoise Sea Views through a series of drone updates captured at key stages of the build.

These phases and images show the transformation of the site from the original plot of land through excavation, foundations and structural framework, all the way to the completed luxury villas overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.

The project is scheduled for approximately 18 months, with anticipated completion in November–December 2026.

This page will be updated regularly so visitors, owners and prospective buyers can follow the progress of the development.

PHASE 1

SITE OVERVIEW & INITIAL EXCAVATION

The first stage of the development shows the site as construction begins, with the land cleared and initial excavation works underway. Early groundworks can be seen as the base preparation for the first villa begins.

This phase also highlights the location of the project, the surrounding neighbourhood and the elevated position that gives the villas their beautiful sea views.

PHASE 2

EXCAVATION & FOUNDATIONS

Groundworks begin as the site is prepared for construction.
Excavation work is carried out and the foundations for the villas are formed, establishing the structural base for the development. You can also see the development of the basements for Houses 4 and 5.

PHASE 3

FOUNDATIONS & INITIAL FRAMEWORK

With the foundations completed, the first stages of the structural framework begin to take shape.
This phase marks the transition from groundwork to the vertical build of the villas.

PHASE 4

STRUCTURAL FRAMEWORK PROGRESS

The main structural framework of the villas continues to develop, with several of the homes now clearly visible as the construction progresses.
Basement structures and primary frames are well underway as the development begins to take its final form.
