COMPLETING WINTER 2026

The project is scheduled for approximately 18 months, with anticipated completion in November–December 2026.

PHASE 1
SITE OVERVIEW & INITIAL EXCAVATION
The first stage of the development shows the site as construction begins, with the land cleared and initial excavation works underway. Early groundworks can be seen as the base preparation for the first villa begins.
This phase also highlights the location of the project, the surrounding neighbourhood and the elevated position that gives the villas their beautiful sea views.
PHASE 4
STRUCTURAL FRAMEWORK PROGRESS
The main structural framework of the villas continues to develop, with several of the homes now clearly visible as the construction progresses.
Basement structures and primary frames are well underway as the development begins to take its final form.
